I bet you’re wondering how coffee was with one of the biggest Christian artist in the world? Well, to be honest I still don’t know! We didn’t meet him in person, but this story is pretty unbelievable!
Earlier today, my husband, Daniel & I were talking over lunch. As apostolic young people, we are looking at the world wondering what happened? I remember a day when it was accepted to believe in Jesus. We were encouraged to sing Christian songs and go to church. However, today the world tries to tell us different. Sometimes it seems that there is no more hope.
Well, here’s the good part of this note! While sitting in Starbucks, in the mall by our home, drinking my limited edition Cinnamon and white chocolate latte, we heard the sweet singing of Chris Tomlin! The song was playing just above the sound of conversations and the coffee machine.
Daniel spoke to one of the workers and it turns out that he is also a Christian, living here in Bucharest.
Who would have thought that in a setting like this we would hear a Christian song over the speaker system! There is hope! We believe that although this world seems so busy and people are constantly connected or on the go, the name of Jesus will still reign. We serve a great God and we never have to afraid or worried to share what we believe. We indeed serve a “Good, Good Father”.
“You’re a Good, Good Father
It’s who you are, it’s who you are, it’s who you are
And I’m loved by you…
Cause you are perfect in all of your ways
You are perfect in all of your ways…” – Chris Tomlin, “Good, Good Father.”
